  • 8 KB Goblet alternating Step Ups
  • WOD:

  • Gym Length See Saw Carry (one DB down to side, one DB OH) switch half way
  • 6-10 Elbow side Plank leg Raises (each side)
  • 20-30 sec Hollow Hold
  • 10-20 sec Arch Hold w/block or ab mat
  • 6 Single Arm burpees (each arm)
