Warm Up:

Hip mobility / Shoulder mobility (5 minutes)
+
3 rounds for quality:
  • 3 Kettlebell Arm Bars; each side
  • 6 Forward Foot Elevated Split Squats; each leg
  • 9 Kang Squats 

Workout A: DB Skill work 
EMOM 9 minutes; alternating:
  • 5 Single Arm DB Clean & Push Jerk; each arm
  • 10 Single Arm DB Split Snatch, alternating arms OR 5 each arm, then switch
  • 5 Single Arm DB Overhead Squats; each arm

Workout B: For time
15 - 10 - 5*
  • Barbell Thrusters #95/65
  • Toes to Bar / Mod. knees to elbows
*Run 100m at the beginning of each round. Start the workout running.
